All Saints Orthodox Church of America (at St. John's Church) - Country Store: Baked Goods, Preserves, Greek pastries, flowers and herbs.
St. John's Episcopal Church - St. John's Famous Blueberry Pancakes (8:00 am - noon), Attic Treasures, Jewelry, Parisian Bookstalls, Gentlemen's Experienced Clothing.
Salisbury Congregational Church - Silent Auction (bidding ends at 3:00 pm Saturday), Treasure Trove tag sale, Country Kitchen home-made goodies, bread making, lunches and desserts, 12:00 - 2:oo pm, hot dog tent and Global Crafts.
Friends of Scoville Memorial Library - Annual Fall Festival Book Sale Preview, 5:30 - 7:30 pm. The Library Preview Party will include "The Fashionable Friends Shoppe" (selected fashions, antiques, gifts and collectibles).
St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church - Annual Lasagna Dinner, 4:00 - 6:30 pm, including salad and dessert, eat in or take out, $7.00. For reservations call 860-435-2659.

Noble Horizons - Annual Chili Tasting and Cook-Off on the White Hart Green, noon - 2:00 pm. Judging and tasting, $5 per person.
Noble Horizons looks forward to welcoming chefs and guests to the 9th annual Fall Festival Chili Cook-Off. Thanks to the generosity of the Church of St. Mary, the White Hart, and St. John's Episcopal Church, returning this year is the fabulous, foot-stomping Latino band, Los Ciegos del Barriois whose hot salsa sounds sizzled the socks off Salisbury last year! $5.00 allows guests to enjoy the sensational music, to sample countless tantalizing chilies, or to purchase delicious take-out chili. Seasoned professionals, adventurous cooks and intrepid beginners are invited to register at www.noblehorizons.org or to call 860-435-9851, ext. 190. Prizes for the best traditional, professional, and vegetarian chili, as well as for the best chili name, will be awarded at 2:15 pm.
Annual Scarecrow Contest Awards on the White Hart Green - 2:00 pm - sponsored by Sweethaven Farm. Three prize categories: Business, Group/Family, and Individual.
